Ha! nothing changes!Now the gentlemen concerned weren't charged (due to lack of evidence) and these photos do not look like police mug shots, so who got them to sit for proper portraits?
And who bothered to keep these shots. Mind I would love the visit the police 'Black' Museum. Early criminology is fascinating.
