Hi, I live in Bristol and the so called "Dutch House" was one of the Casualties of the Bristol Blitz which began on the 2nd November 1940. Until that time this area was the heart of the city and was full of the most stunning medieval, Tudor and Jacobean architecture. Apart from one ruined church there is nothing left. But the area is now Castle Park and has been left as a green space as a memorial to all that was lost.
What an amazing house! Is it still standing? What made it Dutch?
