Richard Westall - Head of a young man

Richard James Lane (1800-1872), referred to in the inscription, was a sculptor and lithographer, who was appointed Royal Lithographer by Queen Victoria in 1837. Charles Ford (fl. 1830-1856) was also a lithographer.
