One of my personal favourite painters. I don't think his work is fully appreciated yet.

What an unusual painting. I wonder if it has a lot of impasto paint.

It doesn't say Enzie, but it certainly looks rather like it. I wish I could find more on this fascinating artist, as he seems most interesting but is hardly mentioned anywhere.

I think this painting is an intriguing mixture of Japanese and Impressionistic influences. The treatment of the sky is reminiscent of Monet but the composition is very unusual and reminds me of Japanese woodcuts.
