Hammersmith is quite right. Thwe tag said A London bridge and I didn't think. I think this is staged to show different types of transport. It definately says 88 but I agree E. Gillett & Company of Hounslow wasn't licensed for use in London until 98. A small puzzle, and no general traffic shown.

London Bridge? Isn't this Hammersmith Bridge? Are you trying to catch us out?
And there were no motor buses back in 1888. 1898 is possible, if that is a steam bus.

That motorbike & sidecar are c1910-15 and the bus is petrol not steam powered.
