Genre and portrait painter. Daughter of Charles Dickens. Exhibited at the principal London galleries from 1875, mainly at the Royal Academy. Painted many subjects of child life. Married to the painter Charles Allston Collins (1828-73) and after his death to Charles Edward Perugini. Died on 9th May 1929 aged 89.
